- Is technical support included?
As part of the onboarding process, we provide professional setup training to your dispatcher or administrator. Seven day support after deployment is also included. - How long does setup take?
Setup can be completed within 2-3 days and the iOS app takes 7-10 days to appear on the App Store. - What are the system requirements for the desktop application?
Because The Shuttle App is cloud-based, all you need is a browser and internet connection to access the software. - Is my information secure and confidential?
