    There is a one-time set up fee of $2,500. After that, there is no long-term commitment and you are free to cancel anytime.

  1. Is technical support included?
    As part of the onboarding process, we provide professional setup training to your dispatcher or administrator. Seven day support after deployment is also included. 


  2. How long does setup take?
    Setup can be completed within 2-3 days and the iOS app takes 7-10 days to appear on the App Store. 


  3. What are the system requirements for the desktop application?
    Because The Shuttle App is cloud-based, all you need is a browser and internet connection to access the software.
